海南新航标海洋渔业有限公司成立于2006年6月份，系海南省政府核准注册的合法企业，其前身是文昌铺前海水养殖基地。公司以海洋产品开发为主，集水产品加工、海水养殖、国内外贸易于一体的大型综合性渔业公司。
